As FSE, the primary role is to achieve Retailer / Mechanic Sales within a given territory. As a bridge the role is very important to make the market acceptCompany as a brand and get the secondary sales done through the Retailers & Mechanics. The person should be willing to learn the automotive market. Company provides extensive training and handholding support to all the new joiners.Business DevelopmentPrimary responsibility is to achieve agreed sales numbers within the given territory by tapping mechanics & retailers.Responsible for increase of MLP Points/Fitment of the company Product Segments like Filter, Lubricant, Coolant, Brake liningGenerate minimum daily order revenue through AppIndependentlymanageaftermarketsalesandcreatenewavenuesofchannelsalesKeep an eye on competitors initiatives.Build strong network/channel by demonstrating team player abilityEnsure daily reporting is done through appRequirements:Pleasing personalityEffective verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in Hindi, English and local language)Should have the hunger to succeed and grow fastShould be familiar in adopting analytical tools & be comfortable with dataMust have two-wheeler with permanent driving licenseMust be ready to come for training to Pant Nagar at companies cost.Should be open for travelling when required.Please share CV at hidden_email
