Field Sales Officer

Job Description

Lead and manage distribution channel sales across assigned territory Rajkot . Drive business through DMT (Domestic Money Transfer), AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System), CMS (Cash Management Services), FI (Financial Inclusion), Bank BC (Business Correspondent), and Loan products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, channel partners, aggregators, and financial institutions. Onboard new partners and ensure proper training, activation, and performance monitoring. Achieve sales and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution. Lead and mentor sales teams to deliver high productivity and quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. Identify market trends and new business opportunities in the region.Key Skills Required: Deep understanding of Digital Banking and Fintech products. Expertise in distribution network building and management. Strong experience in channel sales, partner onboarding, and revenue generation. Proficient in managing B2B & B2C client relationships. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong network across the Rajkot regio
