Title- Manager or Senior Manager-LASLocation-Ahmedabad and RajkotJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Loan Against Securities (LAS) to drive business growth by acquiring and managing high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and other eligible clients. This is an individual contributor role that requires expertise in financial products, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to generate leads and close deals independently.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:* Acquire new clients for Loan Against Securities (LAS) through self-sourcing, referrals, and networking.* Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve assigned revenue and portfolio targets.* Maintain and expand relationships with stockbrokers, wealth managers, investment advisors, and other referral channels.* Educate potential customers about LAS products, eligibility criteria, and loan structuring.Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and financial intermediaries.* Provide end-to-end assistance to clients, from initial inquiry to loan disbursement.* Ensure seamless post-sales service, including addressing customer queries and resolving issues.Credit & Risk Management Support:* Coordinate with internal credit and risk teams for smooth loan processing and approval.* Gather and review financial documents to assess client eligibility.* Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines for lending.Market Research & Reporting:* Stay updated on industry trends, stock market movements, and competitive products.* Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights.Key Requirements:* Experience: 3-8 years in sales of financial products, preferably Loan Against Securities, Margin Funding, or Wealth Products.* Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field.* Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and financial acumen.* Knowledge: Understanding of securities, stock markets, and lending processes.* Network: Established connections with HNIs, brokers, and financial intermediaries.
