Company is into Professional Hair Colour Payroll :- Lobo StaffingPosition :- BDE/SCReporting :- Area Sales ManagerRole Scope: Sales Associates primary responsibility is selling of high end hair care & Nail care products in the Salon professional channel. The role primarily involves delivery of sales numbers through planning & execution of trade plans & technical selling of the products to the salons.Note : Bike compulsory for market workMajor Responsibilities- Visiting salon daily as per coverage plan.- Planning of education training in salon to build the market.- Deliver sales targets- Maintain relationship with the existing salons/ clients- Hunt new accounts/ clients- convert competitor salons intoSalons- Maintain relationship with distributor to the extent of managingrelevant claims- Share secondary sales reports on timely basis- Plan& execute trade initiatives in the territory- Plan& execute salon visuals, beat plans etc- Resolution of issues & handling objections of customers- Bike compulsory for market workEducation Qualification:MBA freshers preferred.Preferred industries :- Salon, Prestige, FMCG, Consumer durable,Insurance and other B2B industries.Salary Details :-( Monthly CTC Gross Salary (40k) TADA (10k) Monthly Incentive (10k) )Contact Details90hidden_mobile9HRabhi.work@gmail.com
