Job Description

Tata Capital is hiring Sales Officers for Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP). The role involves sourcing and acquiring customers for secured business loan products through field sales and open market channels.Key Responsibilities
• Source Secured Business Loan (Micro LAP) cases through open market and field sales
• Identify potential SME / self-employed customers and explain loan products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Collect, verify, and submit complete loan documentation
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing
• Achieve assigned monthly disbursement and sourcing targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
• Age: 28 35 years
• Experience: Minimum 1years in Secured Business Loans / LAP / Micro LAP
• Mandatory experience in Field sales / open market sourcing
• Strong understanding of secured lending products and documentation
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
