JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop an effective agency channel for assigned branch.
• Managing therecruitment of Agentsfor Motor Insurance.
• Sales & Business Development of Motor insurance products.
• Handling strategic alliances and tie-ups with various channel partners.
• Should maintain balance between Sales & Claims.
• Analyzing Motor insurance business potential.
• Achievement of overall sales targets.
• Execute sales promotional activities.
REQUIREMENT:
• Maximum Age is 32 years.
• Graduation is must.
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience in Motor Insurance for Agency Channel.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
