Title: Sales OfficerTeam: SalesPurpose of Job: To Manage loans at spoke levelJobComponents/Responsibilities:Promotionso Implement and monitor marketing and promotional programs;o Take steps to acquire new clients and minimize drop-outs; Client acquisitiono Screening and orientation etc.o To collect all the loan documentations to satisfy the KYCnorms and also legal compliance Individual clientidentification,o To ensure the business credibility of the loanapplicant through discussions with buyer, customersand vendors Loan disbursement:o Ensure timely disbursement of loans to clients;o Deliver quality customer service and take correctivemeasures if necessary.
