Job Description

    Senior Head Chef is a leadership position in a kitchen, responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations. They manage a team of chefs, create menus, maintain food quality, and ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Inventory Management: Ordering supplies, managing inventory levels, and controlling food costs. Cost Control: Managing kitchen budgets, minimizing waste, and optimizing food costs. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all kitchen staff adheres to health and safety regulations. Communication and Collaboration: Working effectively with front-of-house staff, management, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest culinary trends, techniques, and food safety regulations.
