Job Description

Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution ofsolar PV installations (Ground-mounted). The role involves managing construction activities,coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards,and supporting commissioning and handover.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per design and scheduleCoordinate with EPC, electrical, and civil teams for smooth workflowInspect installation of modules, inverters, structures, cabling, and other componentsEnsure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standardsMaintain site documentation, progress reports, and checklistsAssist in system testing, commissioning, and troubleshootingLiaise with clients, vendors, and internal teamsRequirements:Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering3 to 5 years of experience in solar Ground Mounted EPC projects preferredKnowledge of PV systems, electrical connections, and construction practicesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsWillingness to travel and stay at project sitesWhy Join us Opportunity to work on cutting-edge solar projectsBe part of a fast-growing, premium solar solutions companyCompetitive salary & performance-linked incentivesCollaborative and growth-oriented work culture
