• Sales Achievement: Collaborate with agents to achieve individual and team sales goals, driving overall agency growth.
• Performance Management: Monitor agent performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Customer Support: Ensure agents offer exceptional service, assisting clients with policy purchases and resolving any issues promptly.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with agents and clients, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies, adapting plans to meet evolving market needs.
