The Area Business Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and driving the growth of our products in the region. This role involves overseeing a team of medical representatives, fostering client relationships, and ensuring effective market penetration.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of medical representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales objectives.Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the territory.Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders.Track and analyze sales data to monitor progress, identify trends, and adjust plans as necessary.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales with a successful track record in a managerial role.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
