    Job DescriptionJob Title: Area Sales Manager Pan IndiaDepartment: SalesLocation: Any Site of IndiaReports To: Director / CEOJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales manager to lead and expand ourPan India sales operations in the bearing industry. The ideal candidate should have in-depth industry knowledge, strong relationships with OEMs and distributor networks, and aproven track record of driving sales growth and market penetration across India.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy && Planning:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across India,aligned with company goals. Pan India Sales Operations:Manage and monitor regional sales teams, set KPIs, and ensure optimal market coverage andcustomer engagement nationwide. OEM && Distributor Development:Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key OEM clients and authorizeddistributors to drive long-term business. Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team across regions. Regularly review performance andimplement training && development plans. Market Intelligence:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify newbusiness opportunities and optimize pricing strategies. Channel Management:Streamline and expand the distribution network while resolving any conflicts or challenges inthe channel. Business Development:Identify and tap into new segments, applications, or markets for bearings; especially in auto,industrial, agricultural, or heavy machinery sectors. Reporting && Forecasting:Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management for strategicdecision-making.Qualifications && Skills: Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering preferred; MBA inSales/Marketing is an advantage. 10 years of relevant experience in the bearing industry, specifically in sales toOEMs and managing distributors. Strong Pan India exposure with hands-on experience in B2B industrial sales. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Willingness to travel extensively across India as requiredSoft Skills: Strong leadership and people management abilities. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Effective communication and decision-making skills. Candidates currently or previously employed with leading bearing manufacturers ordistributors. Individuals with strong OEM client relationships in sectors like automotive,engineering, machinery, etcCompensation && Benefits: Salary: As per industry best package.
