Hiring Credit Manager and Area Credit Manager in Auto Loans/ Vehicle Loans Domain.All India opening. Locations Ranchi, Indore, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar.Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)Credit Assessment
• Appraise/Underwrite the loans within defined policy guidelines and accordingly recommend to appropriate authority for approval.
• Thorough checking of the application file as per the laid down policy/process guidelines
• Assess the income, ability, intention and credit behaviour of the applicant and verify documents and reference checks, bureau checks, along with the customer due diligence
• Understanding the nature of business of the applicant(s), identifying risk associated and ascertaining the revenue stream
• Evaluate all the credit risk parameters and implement measures to mitigate the same
• Prepare the credit approval memo and manage the overall TAT and approval rate.
Credit Monitoring
• Ensure strict adherence to the laid down policy and process
• Ensure portfolio quality
• Periodic monitoring of Exception approvals/Reject analysis and inference.
• Ensure Credit Quality and maintain the Credit Cost under control
