They are responsible for placing orders in the stock exchange terminals. Dealers directly report to the branch head.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Revenue Generation
• Customer Profiling
• Activation of inactive clients
• Increasing volumes and revenue by proper guidance to customers so as to increase their maximum participation.
• Cross selling other products
• Client Interaction
• Regular Meetings with clients for maintaining relations
• References from existing clients to acquire new clients
• Updating clients on market, companys research reports, new IPOs, etc
• Proper confirmations of trades to clients on daily basis.
• Risk Management.
• Group discussions & up-gradation of market information, research reports
• Strive towards achieving individual goals and thereby the branch and organizational goals
