Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE: Processing of seed through all of the processing departments, conditioning.Following company guidelines, this requires following instructions and accurately measuring seed materials necessary to fulfil the processing manufacturing orders.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for review and monitoring of seeds material and prioritizing and scheduling of process orders in alignment with daily plan.Coordinating with warehouse team for the availability of seeds as per the Process ordersCheck the availability of the Seeds as per the process orders and report any ambiguity.Confirms cleaning condition of equipment before packing and ProcessingIncrease functional knowledge through knowledge exchange, team development programs.Monitor the targets and reporting daily performance of on time quality, productivity and operational issues to meetingsEnsure the correct posting of process order confirmation, seed materials and handover inventory to warehouse team along with order confirmation sheet.Plan and ensure the appropriate and consistent functional trainings to contract workforce to enhance the skills in processing.To support administrative procedures, documenting key readings, maintenance orders and production informationAbility to observe abnormalities and be able to act accordinglyLead areas across the plant in driving the adoption of continuous improvement practices and programs, conducive to an organized and clean work environment.Utilize techniques to initiate process and standard work improvementsLead projects within operations and be a part of cross functional teams. Participate and prepare to lead morning meetings as neededLead and direct others in various aspects of department functions, effectively directing resources to maximize production
