Production Head - Steel IndustryExperience required -1. Experience in rolling mill processes2. Experience with steel melting3. Experience in handling multi plant operations- Oversee day-to-day plant production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, output targets, and quality standards.- Coordination with Steel Mills: Liaise with multiple steel mills for raw material planning, timely supply, and alignment of production requirements across facilities.- Process Optimization: Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and control costs.- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with metallurgical standards, specifications, and customer requirements, working closely with quality control teams.- Workforce & Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) norms, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.- Resource Planning: Plan and optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, consumables, and utilities to achieve cost-efficient operations.- Reporting & Analysis: Track production KPIs, prepare regular MIS reports, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.Interested can mail & whatsaap their update resume to WhatsApp No. is hidden_mobile & hidden_mobile
