We are Hiring for Relationship Officer LAP (Loan against Property) MSME Loans, Home Loans, Housing Finance.Experience: 1 Year into LAP OR HOME LOANRoles and Responsibilities:Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Acquisition & Sales
• Identify and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property through direct sourcing, referrals, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, corporate tie-ups, and existing client networks.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly LAP sales & disbursement targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other intermediaries to drive business.
• Keep track of competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences to pitch products effectively.
• Organize promotional activities to increase product visibility in the target market.
