Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Missionary Sales Representative (MSR) to promote our range of auto components. The MSR will act as a brand ambassador, building trust with mechanics, garages, fleet operators, and distributors by educating them on product benefits and creating demand through influence rather than direct selling.Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for mechanics, garages, and service centres.
    • Promote technical features and advantages of auto components Build strong relationships with garages, fleet operators, and distributors to increase brand preference.
    • Support dealers and distributors with promotional campaigns and demand-generation activities.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to mechanics and end-users.
    • Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with the sales team.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on promotional activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
    Skills & Competencies
    • Strong technical knowledge of automobiles and auto components.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to influence and build trust with mechanics and garages. Self-motivated, persuasive, and willing to travel extensively.
    • Problem-solving mindset with customer-first orientation.
    Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (preferred).
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in auto component sales, service, or technical support.
    • Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills may also apply.
    • Indirect sales growth through influenced demand.
    • Quality of market feedback and competitor insights.
