Angia RX emphasizes compliance, product reliability, and consistent supply to healthcare providers and distribution partners.Role Description The Domestic Marketing Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Roorkee, responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies for the domestic pharmaceutical and nutraceutical portfolio. This role involves planning and implementing market development initiatives, overseeing brand positioning, and managing promotional activities across channels. The Domestic Marketing Head will collaborate with sales teams to support revenue growth, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and guide pricing and product positioning decisions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing marketing budgets, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.QualificationsStrong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management for developing and executing domestic marketing strategies.Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.Experience in Sales to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support field teams.Capabilities in Public Relations to manage brand image, communication, and stakeholder engagement.Proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, preferably in domestic markets.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work on-site in Roorkee and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ethical marketing practices in the pharmaceutical industry. .
