At Lavishtag, we dont just sell jewellery - we help people express themselves.We are hiring a Branding Expert (Core Team Member) for a full-time, on-site role in Rourkela, Odisha. This key position involves building and executing strong brand strategies, maintaining brand identity, and leading end-to-end marketing and PR campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, creating promotional materials, managing social media presence, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. This is a leadership role with hands-on responsibility.The key responsibilities for this role include developing and implementing comprehensive branding strategies aligned with business goals, managing and maintaining the visual and verbal brand identity, planning and executing digital marketing, PR, and promotional campaigns, coordinating with designers, content creators, and marketing teams, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to refine brand positioning, generating and managing engaging content across social media and other digital platforms, handling public relations (PR) including influencer collaborations, media outreach, and brand reputation management, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, and contributing to strategic discussions as part of the core leadership team.Qualifications required for this role include a strong understanding of brand development, management, and positioning, proven experience in PR strategy and media relationship building, hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy, excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, ability to think creatively and solve problems with a strategic mindset, a team player with a collaborative attitude in an on-site work environment, and experience in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle sectors is a strong plus.The candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in branding and PR. This position is located in Rourkela, Odisha.,
