Job Description

    Here is the
    1. The Business development Manager is responsible for driving sales and achieving sales targets for the assigned channel partner/bank branches through the distribution network.
    2. The Channel Partner is the key customer of the Business Development Manager, and they must build an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff.
    3. The Business Development Manager needs to engage with the employees of the channel partner/bank branches/distributor to transfer knowledge about insurance.
    4. They must ensure that all service requests are processed in a timely manner.
    5. They must spearhead all lead generation initiatives from the bank, whether through walk-ins, data mining, referrals, etc.
