Job Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer working at the intersection of data, AI, and customer platforms, your role will involve:- Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models within the CDP to enhance customer insights, segmentation, personalization, churn prediction, customer behavior analysis, recommendations, CLV modeling, and implementing supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.- Continuously evaluating and improving model performance, accuracy, and business impact.- Setting up monitoring systems to track production, detect data drift issues, and optimizing models for scalability, efficiency, and cost within the ecosystem.- Ensuring workflows scale to handle large volumes of customer data in real-time or near-real-time, optimizing pipelines for low latency, high throughput, and fast insights.- Staying updated on the latest trends in Machine Learning and AI technologies to evaluate new algorithms, tools, enhancements, and capabilities.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
