• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, customer service, and need-based selling.
• Manage leads and convert them into successful customer relationships.
• Engage directly with customers for service, queries, and retention.

• Team performance against productivity benchmarks.
• Portfolio persistency and customer retention.
• Timely reporting and process compliance.
Desired Profile:
• Graduate (MBA preferred).
• 5 years of experience in Team Handling.
• 8 Years of experience in LI
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Local market understanding and customer focus.
