Job Nature:Deployment: Indian Bank Branch-based roleClient Interaction: Regular field visits with 2 to 3 client meetings per dayBranch Responsibilities:
• Bank lobby management
• Leads provided by the branch to connect with clients
Job DetailsIndian Bank-Branch Banking- Branch Relationship OfficerResponsibilities:
• Candidate will be ON ROLE of Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance.
• Will be mapped to the respective Indian Bank Branches based on the geography assigned.
• Prime Responsibility is to generate insurance Business throughIndian Bank Branch walk-in customers and leads generated by the Branch staff.
• Required to generate business only for the assigned branch in the assigned geography through New or Old customers.
• Providing support to branch profitability by selling ABSLI Insurance product through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
• Will be responsible for achieving monthly sales target assigned.Responsible for customer complaints & need to be resolved in the specific TAT & Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
Key Expectations:
• To Handle Bank customers requirements with the best services and products ranges.
• Must have good knowledge with insurance and Bank Products.
Specifications:
• Should be willing to travel within city/outside Location if required.
• Localities preferred.
• Two-wheeler is must.
• Should know the geography well.
Growth & Incentives:
• Monthly incentives based on performance
• Promotions available every 6 months upon achieving targets
• Domestic trip contests every 6 months for top performers
