Job Description

    As a Front End Business Role, your responsibilities will include:- Ensuring Workshop Profitability- Ensuring sale of Spares & other margin making items- Maintaining and managing a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed- Supervising, managing and monitoring automotive service technicians and repairers- Handling PDI and warranty Management- Monitoring workshop Quality and delivery performance parameters such as RV, TAT, manpower training levelsIn terms of Customer Handling, you will be expected to:- Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction- Handle customer escalations and resolve them effectivelyFrom a Technical perspective, your role will involve:- Facilitating and/or conducting technical training and sending employees to appropriate training as needed- Monitoring and following up on parts orders with the parts manager to ensure availability- Initialing all repair orders before submitting them to the warranty department, monitoring for sales and hours relative to expectationsRegarding Team Management, you will be required to:- Manage and Motivate Team members effectivelyAdditionally, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Service Manager and a total work experience of 8 years. The work is full-time and will be carried out in person at the specified location.
