Please be aware that official communication will only be sent from @rippling.com addresses.About the roleThe Account Executive, Global role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity -- were looking for a talented and ambitious Account Executive who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process within the Singapore market (but this person will be based in Sydney).This role will be establishing Rippling as a market leader across APAC, working closely with sales and cross functional leadership to define and execute the Rippling playbook. This is a fast paced role to develop sales skills and accelerate career growth.What youll do

  • Own the full sales cycle as a product expert on Ripplings Global capabilities
  • Outbound excellence to define and execute on a territory strategy to generate opportunities in partnership with the SDR team
  • Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
Qualifications
  • 3 years quota carrying AE sales experience in SaaS markets selling B2B
  • Experience of success (top 10 PERCENT of sales org)
  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment where there is constant growth and change
