• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum and Hybrid methodologies, and with data governance, using Enablon or any GRC 3rd party software.
• 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of machine learning.
• Strong program management skills with successful project delivery and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Utilize agile methodologies and other program management tools to enhance team effectiveness and project delivery.
• Plan and prioritize work across multiple teams, including partner teams, building strategic alignment and executing on roadmap deliverables.
• Play a key role in the advancement of product maturity and strategy, working with partner teams to launch key features and projects on-time.
• Manage and execute technical projects end-to-end within the CRSM (Compliance, Risk and Security Management) team, engaging with stakeholders to align on direction and manage expectations across internal groups.
