Hiring For Branch Operation Manager With Prominent BankRoles and ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service and product information.Responsible for Cash and Customer transactions at the Teller counters.Supervising all Non-Cash transactions like DD/PO, fund transfer , RTGS,NEFT, looking at Branch administration and Lobby ManagementResolution of customer queries/complaints and customer service to ensure walk in customers issuesGenerate business, cross sell and monitor cross sales of Personal Bankers.Enhancing the value of existing accounts & Retention of existing portfolio.Retention and enhancement of the value of existing accounts of current account & saving account customers.Responsible for high quality service, customer relationship management, Queue Management.Co-ordination with Clients for understanding the business and functional requirements and provide assistance.
