Corporate Internal AuditorLocation: Belgrade, SerbiaDepartment: Management Functions RevisionType: Full-timeWhat youll be doing

• Perform internal audit assignments across whole cargo-partner group according to the plan
• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness and compliance with applicable corporate internal regulations
• Develop audit programs to assess internal risks and controls as well as review and perform tests to ensure comprehensible documentation of audit findings
• Perform data analytics to identify unusual patterns or trends and investigate remarkable findings
• Evaluate internal controls to give reasonable assurance that there are no signs of mismanagement, resources misuse or fraud
• Work with management and other audit team members to define action plans which will drive efficiencies and reduce identified risks
• Develop audit reports and ensure regular follow-up of agreed actions implementation status
• Participate on ad-hoc consulting and investigative projects based on shareholders request
• Assist in development of audit plans and schedules

What youll needOur ideal candidate:

• Bachelor degree in economics or an economics related area
• Working experience in internal/external audit for a minimum of 3 years
• Excellent working knowledge of English for business environments
• Desire to be a team player who is able to work independently when necessary
• High attention to detail and strong analytical, critical-thinking and decision making skills
• Excellent active listening, written communication and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Driving license level B

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience in freight forwarding industry
