Job Opening - Associate/Senior Associate for HR Generalist We are looking to hire postgraduates with experience of 2-5 years to handle the entire HR Generalist at ShowTime Consulting. Roles and responsibilities : - Responsible to handle HR operations and ensure compliance with all payroll related statutory requirements- Understanding the culture of the organization to develop and implement communications, events, and engagement plan- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process- Own/formulate HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the firm- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes- Working knowledge of any HRMS or any ERP- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies- Developing operational reporting and dashboards as and when required Requirements: - Graduate/Postgraduate in MBA with an experience of 2-5 years- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management- Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast-paced environment- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently No. of Vacancies: 2 Location: Shillong, Meghalaya (Accommodation will be provided by the company) ,
