Job Description

• Research industry trends and synthesize complex data that helps clients get to the root cause of their managerial challenges.
• Assess what changes your client can make to maximize team performance and minimize risk.
• Analyze the data and use your findings to create proposals recommending an effective course of action.
• Create presentations that convey the recommended solutions and include the necessary components that support your findings (quantitative and qualitative data, projection models, etc.).
• Assist clients’ managerial staff as they implement relevant changes to their management procedures and oversee ongoing adjustments to help clients stay on track.
• Ensure that the implemented changes are producing desired results and reflect the changing needs of the client’s business.
• Maintain strong business relationships with clients through frequent travel and in-person meetings.
