Job Summary:We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Advisors to join our team across various locations. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting beauty products, offer expert advice on skincare and cosmetics, and help drive sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Location: Howrah, Hooghly, Barasat, Ranchi, Central Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, Nadia, Purba Midnapur, Nager Bazar, Dum Dum StationKey Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assess their beauty need
• Demonstrate and promote skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on skin type and preferences
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure proper stock management and display
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the counter and tester units
• Build customer loyalty through professional and courteous service
• Report daily sales and customer feedback to the supervisor
Key Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products
• Basic sales techniques and target orientation
• Good grooming and presentation
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Regional language fluency is a plus
Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualification: Minimum 10th pass (12th or Graduate Not Mandatory)
• Experience: Prior experience in beauty retail or cosmetics preferred
• Must be comfortable with standing shifts and working weekends/holidays
Compensation:
• Salary: 10,000 15,000 (based on experience and location)
