Key Responsibilities:1. Market Development of companys products and enhancement of sales through various marketinginitiatives/drives, target achievement of secondary & tertiary sales.2. Driving Marketing Initiatives like- Counter meet, user meet, Electricians Meet etc.3. Business development through market visit at Retailers/End Users/site & user Development of KeyOutlets4. End Users Development through trainings as well as product application trials.5. Influencers connect on product specifications6. Assistance to Sales team/Retailers/End Users etc. for solving market related issues like- product,product quality and application at user and site level.7. Connecting with key retailers for working on their users development.8. Driving focus product sales at key retailers.9. Joint working with sales officers to identify the concern areas and take corrective action fordevelopment on market development areas.10. Launching of products: Driving of end user connect program.11. Promotion of new products/applications as per new product launch module12. Providing market & users feedback of new launches13. To generate market intelligence and track competitors activity.
