• Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop product strategies for Financial Earn Product.
• Identify user pain points and propose solutions that fit well with market demand, supported by data.
• Analyze data and monitor the performance of the product post-launch, and formulate iteration plans.
• Lead efforts by collaborating with tech teams such as engineers and designers to achieve set objectives.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends around Financial Earn by constantly researching competitors and market demands.
• Key focus on front-end interaction, user growth, and improving the conversion rate by optimizing user experience and implementing data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain industry.
• Proficient in project management skills, exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively.
• Logical thinker with a talent for identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risks.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a pro-active mindset.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of finance product and loans is an added advantage.
• Growth Product experience is preferred.
• Experience with data analytics platform such as Sensor Analytics is a good to have.
