Job Description

: Senior Solutions Acceleration Architect, ApplicationLocation: SingaporeExperience Level: AdvancedGoogle will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore and do not require Googles sponsorship of a visa.Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in cloud computing, application architecture, and full stack development.
  • Experience with modern application development and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Experience in programming languages like Python and Java and building prototypes to demonstrate innovative solutions.
  • Experience modernizing application architectures by analyzing business problems and designing innovative technical solutions to enhance existing systems and create new capabilities.
  • Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in cloud computing, application architecture, and full stack development, in a customer-facing or consulting role.
  • Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
  • Experience with designing and modernizing secure application architectures.
  • Experience integrating security best practices, mitigating potential vulnerabilities, and architecting scalable, future-proof solutions.
  • Experience understanding customer requirements, breaking them down into actionable components, and designing technical architectures to meet those needs.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations and building consensus around technical projects.

Our goal is to demonstrate how these technologies can work together to achieve impactful business results.We are seeking a dynamic Senior Solutions Acceleration Architect with a strong background in application architecture and deep understanding of full-stack development principles to join our APAC Solutions Acceleration Team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of cutting-edge prototypes, demonstrating the transformative power of data, advanced analytics, and software engineering to solve business challenges for customers. You will play a key role in mentoring team members and contributing to the strategic direction of solution-building efforts.Google Cloud accelerates every organizations ability to digitally transform its business and industry.   • Architect and develop scalable, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Drive iterative development cycles to refine and optimize these solutions, ensuring alignment with specific business requirements and showcasing the transformative power of data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business challenges, technical requirements, and strategic objectives. Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Establish and promote innovative best practices and methodologies for data-driven applications, actively contributing to industry thought leadership through publications, presentations, and community engagement.
  • Utilize a variety of technologies and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.) to build full-stack prototypes, including front-end interfaces, back-end logic, and database integration.
  • Work cross-functionally to influence Google Cloud strategy and product direction.
