Support allocated Advisors through training and joint sales callsIdentify and new customers , provid them needed - based life insurance solutions .Identify , recruit and train advisors.Adhere to sales processes and expected documentation , use sales technology as require .Support advisors to collecting renewal premiums.Ensure quality business through the right sales practices , minimum business risk .You would have a strong chance of getting selected if you have- Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive sales target and have the ability to hire and manage strong team of distributors / partners.
