As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that support informed decision-making and drive business strategies within the e-commerce platform.Key Responsibilities:- Perform exploratory data analysis, apply statistical techniques, and generate actionable insights to address business challenges and opportunities.- Create clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.- Establishing KPIs that provide actionable insights.- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.- Monitor data quality, establish data quality standards, and implement measures to ensure data integrity and consistency.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are advantageous.- 0-1 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or technology industry with a business side.- Advance in SQL and Excel.- Familiarity with any visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and Python.- Web Scraping skills are considered good to have.- Knowledge of Google Analytics will be an add-on.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.Please note that the benefits include a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans, opportunities for professional development and career growth, and a collaborative and innovative work environment.
