Job Description

    Role Overview:As the Head Sales & Marketing / Business Development at Amar Equipment Pvt. Ltd. and Amar Flow Laboratory LLP, you will be responsible for leading global sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives across various departments. Your role will require technical expertise in process equipment, a deep understanding of global markets, and strong leadership capabilities. An interest in chemistry or chemical engineering would be advantageous. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, improving margins, and expanding internationally by utilizing Amars engineering strengths to capitalize on global opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a global business strategy to achieve growth and market penetration in key geographies.- Oversee and coordinate activities within International & Domestic Sales & Marketing departments.- Identify new business opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and explore channels to expand the global presence.- Lead the end-to-end sales, marketing, and customer engagement process with a technical consultative approach.- Provide leadership and mentorship to a high-performing business development team.Qualifications Required:- Strong engineering background with a BE in Chemical Engineering. MBA qualification is preferred.- 1015 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.- Prior experience in the process equipment sector, with preference for experience in an EPC company.- Experience handling P&L responsibilities of 100 Cr.- Proficiency in spoken and written English.- Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses and achieving ambitious sales targets.- Previous exposure to international markets, with overseas assignments considered a strong advantage.- Willingness to travel as needed.Note: The additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.
