Job Description

Checking all documents (BL draft, DO, Stuffing details, s/bill copy Buy & Sell quotation) from Customer serviceFollow up with carrier / co-loader for first print OBL draft & debit noteCross check the BL & Invoice if ocean freight shipment with term prepaid & as per the rate negotiated with themFollow up with CHA/shipper CHA for shipping billing/measurement/BL draft & arrange accordingly HBL draft/debit note need to send to them for confirmationFollow up with Carrier/Co-loader for onboard/loading confirmation.Checking all cost & income before close the jobEnsure all the invoice details (selling rates) are sent to accounts team for proper Billing after shipment arrive.Answering Daily Mails and Queriesjob location - thane navi mumbai mumbai city kalyan dombivali bhiwandi andheri vasaiqualification - graduate/diplomaexperience - 1-4 yearsintrested candidate pls call us or whatsapp us - hr nandini - hidden_mobile
