Job Description

Agency Manager / Senior Agency Manager Immediate HiringJob Purpose: Responsible for delivering the target GPW numbers of an assigned territory through building a robust, effective, and de-risked agency channel.Reports To: Branch Head Team Reporting: Will be expected to recruit and manage a team of freelance agents and drive them to meet stated business objectives.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Achieve GPW targets for the designated territory/assigned span of agents.
• Recruit new agents as per laid-down regulations.
• Ensure activation and engagement of agents.
• Conduct training sessions for agents as per business requirements.
• Maintain business hygiene standards.
• Drive business across diverse product lines.
• Build motivation and long-term connect with agents.
• Monitor competition and share insights with the organization.
• Screen performance of agents and take corrective actions when required.
Knowledge / Experience / Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience in the agency function of an insurance company (life, general, or health).
• Experience in building a territory from scratch will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, perseverance, adaptability, problem-solving, and goal orientation.
