    Field Sales Engineer Industrial Equipment (Gurgaon / Sonepat)Industry: Manufacturing Functional Area: Sales, Business DevelopmentAbout the Company Delta Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a 10-year-old, New Delhibased company engaged in sales of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment, cleaning consumables, and air filtration systems. We are partners with major international brands like Karcher (Germany), Camfil (Sweden), Vileda (Germany), Buzil Rossari (Indo-German), and 3M (US). Head office: Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi | Warehouses: Gurgaon & OkhlaJob Role We are looking for Field Sales Engineers to promote and sell industrial cleaning machines from Karcher, Germany a world leader in cleaning equipment to industries and institutions in the Delhi NCR region.Open Positions:
    • Gurgaon 1 vacancy (place of residence: Gurgaon)
    • Sonepat 1 vacancy (place of residence: Sonepat)
    Key Responsibilities
    • Generate leads through cold calls, client references, and networking
    • Conduct presentations and physical demonstrations of equipment
    • Focus on solution-based sales and key account management
    • Track competition and industry trends
    • Prepare daily visit reports, manage sales pipeline, and forecast sales
    • Identify new project opportunities and follow through to closure
    • Handle the complete sales cycle: prospecting presentation demonstration proposal billing/delivery coordination installation follow-up payment collection
    Who Can Apply
    • Young male engineers with 12 years experience in industrial B2B sales
    • Preferred background: sales of industrial equipment like material handling, compressors, gensets, pneumatics, conveyor systems, pumps, motors
    • Must have own two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally
    • Good communication (verbal, written, reporting) and tech-savvy
    • Self-driven, patient, disciplined, and eager to learn
    • Motivated to earn incentives in addition to salary
    Work Details
    • Timing: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
    • Working Days: 6 days/week
    • Salary: Fixed incentives; salary disbursed between 7th10th every month
    • Benefits: Official SIM card, travel/local conveyance reimbursement, defined leave policy
