Were the worlds leading maker of Chocolate, Biscuits, Candy and Gum with billion-dollar brands like Cadbury, Milka, Prince and Oreo and we now have an exciting opportunity to join our team.Main Responsibilities: Lead the Focused Improvement Pillar for the site to create a continuous improvement and HPWS culture that challenges the status quo aiming to achieve zero losses and 100 PERCENT employee engagement.Support the plant on the application of the tools provided by the IL6S program (AM, PM, FI, E&T..) in order to build capability in the plant and eliminate lossesPlan, coordinate and deliver trainnings to develop process improvement skills at all levels within our plantLead and train the teams on different methodologies to change and improve processes (5W, RCA, 12 Steps Kaizen, Six sigma Methodology..)QualificationsCandidate requirements: Experience on IL6S program implementationFluent in Spanish and EnglishUniversity Degree (Food Engineering, Food Science..)Experience in Food IndustryGood communication, motivation and leadership skills with ability to work with different type of teams in the plantAnalyze and Problem-solving skills, and able to make appropriate decision bases on priority setting and success criteriaWe pride ourselves on having a high performing and collaborative culture where we offer support and development to enhance your career and develop your knowledge and skills.
