  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance industry.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans.
    • Generate leads and nurture potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve business objectives.
    • Mentor and coach junior team members.
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Industry Knowledge and Compliance:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation. 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience:Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
