Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Airport Executive to ensure smooth airport operations and provide excellent passenger service. The candidate will assist travelers, coordinate with airport departments, and maintain operational efficiency while adhering to aviation safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage-related queries.
• Guide travelers regarding flight schedules, gate information, and airport facilities.
• Coordinate with airline staff and other airport departments for seamless operations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with airport security, safety, and regulatory procedures.
• Monitor passenger movement and assist during flight arrivals and departures.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports when required.
• Support special assistance passengers, including elderly and differently-abled travelers.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
