Area Sales Manager-HL/LAP

Job Description

• Target Achievement: Drive the end-to-end sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and file login to sanction and disbursal for both HL and LAP products.
• Channel Partner Management: Recruit, build, and maintain a robust network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and real estate brokers to ensure a steady pipeline.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Officers/Managers operating within the assigned territory.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure fast turnaround times (TAT) and smooth processing.
• Portfolio Quality: Monitor Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and delinquency rates, while driving timely collections and repayments.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor interest rates, local real estate trends, and regulatory changes to maximize regional market share
