Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to generate business. Handle walk-in customers at the branch and identify life insurance needs. Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct need-based financial planning and offer appropriate insurance solutions. Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and service. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.About the Role:Join Aditya Birla Life Insurance as a Bancassurance Manager and drive business growth through our partnership with Axis Bank. Youll build strong relationships with bank branches, identify new opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service.Eligibility Criteria: -Graduate (minimum 15 years of education is mandatory).Age: 22 35 years.Experience:-Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (BFSI / Insurance / Banking preferred).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Should be a local candidate (well-versed with local market).Salary & Benefits: -Fixed CTC: UPTO 3LPA TO 4.5 LPA (depending on experience).Attractive incentives based on performance.Career growth opportunities within Aditya Birla Life & HDFC Bank network.
