Job Description

Common responsibilities for Banca channel role include:
• Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets for life insurance products through assigned bank branches and generate business by identifying customer needs.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with bank branch managers, staff, and key stakeholders. Conduct regular branch visits to ensure visibility and engagement.
• Training & Activation: Train and develop bank sales and service teams on insurance products, processes, and sales pitches to effectively enable them to pitch to customers.
• Customer Service: Ensure all service requirements are met, documentation handled, and post-sales support is provided to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liasoning: Coordinate internally and externally to achieve desired results and improve the companys mindshare and wallet-share within the partner bank.
Desired qualifications typically include:
• Education: Must be a graduate; an MBA is also often preferred.
• Experience: Typically requires 1 years of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales or related fields.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of life insurance products, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Other: Locality knowledge, willingness to travel to multiple branches, and a personal two-wheeler may be required for some roles.
