Job Description

We are hiring a Bancassurance Executive responsible for generating insurance business through bank branches. The candidate will work closely with bank staff to identify potential customers, promote insurance products, and achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities
• Generate insurance sales through bank branch leads and walk-in customers.
• Build strong relationships with bank managers and branch staff.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist customers with policy documentation and KYC process.
• Ensure smooth coordination with operations for policy issuance.
• Maintain long-term relationships with bank customers.
Required Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 15 years experience in Bancassurance / Insurance / Financial Sales.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a sales-driven environment and achieve targets.
