    Dear Candidates,We are looking for Business Development Manager for one of the leading FMCG company of Gujarat.Location : Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Baroda & Surat.Education : Any GraduateExperience : 3-4 years minimum of FMCG industriesSalary : No bar for right candidatesResponsibilities :Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimizesales performance. Appoint new distributors and direct dealers in vacant area/territory. Identify the need of Branding and Marketing Activities. Ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies.To implement and ensure the team also implement all the company policy Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff toachieve sales targets. Monitoring the performance of the sales team. Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers. Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales. Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions. Ensuring that the store of channel partners is adequately stocked with company products. Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
