Job Description

    Position: Casa Sales OfficerLocation: SuratDepartment: SalesReports To: Branch Manager / Sales ManagerRole & Responsibilities:As a Casa Sales Officer, you will be an essential part of the front-line sales team, responsible for driving customer acquisition, sales, and service excellence. You will play a pivotal role in growing the banks customer base, meeting individual sales targets, and promoting a variety of products and services.Your key responsibilities will include:
    • Sales of Banking & Third-Party Products:Actively drive sales for the banks products and services, which include:
      • Savings & Current Accounts
      • Term Deposits
      • Debit & Credit Cards
      • Payment Gateway Solutions
      • Life & General Insurance
      • Mutual Funds
      • Retail Assets
      • Online Trading Platforms
    • Market & Customer Mapping:Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and customer needs. Use this data to create a targeted approach for customer acquisition and relationship management.
    • Customer Engagement:
      • Engage with potential and existing customers regularly, meeting them in person to understand their financial needs and offer personalized banking solutions.
      • Build long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
    • Cross-Selling & Upselling:Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell bank products to both new and existing customers, thereby increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
    • Achieve Sales Targets:
      • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the bank.
      • Track daily and monthly performance against targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
    • Compliance & Certification:Ensure strict adherence to KYC norms, compliance regulations, and other legal requirements. Obtain certifications such as AMFI and EUIN as per regulatory guidelines.
    • CRM & Reporting:Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction logs in the banks CRM system. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, compliance records, and performance metrics.
    • Participation in Initiatives & Campaigns:Take an active role in bank-led marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
    Preferred Candidate Profile:
    • Sales Skills: A strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet targets and build relationships. You should be skilled in negotiation and persuasive communication.
    • New Customer Acquisition: Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers, particularly high-net-worth individuals, and expanding the customer base.
    • Business Development: Ability to foster long-term relationships with clients and promote additional product sales.
    • Compliance Adherence: A solid understanding of legal, regulatory, and KYC compliance requirements.
    Desired Skills:
    • Sales Orientation: A high drive to achieve and surpass sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build rapport with clients.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly within banking, insurance, or financial products, is preferred.
    • Certifications:
      • AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India)
      • EUIN (Employee Unique Identification Number)
      • Or the willingness to obtain necessary certifications and complete required learning programs.
